Position Description:
Project Scope: Replace 3,500+ desktop computers in 13 Campus locations throughout the United States with a Secure Build Virtual Desktop.
The core role of the Project Manager, within the Software Data Work Stream, will be to support the Software Data Stream in the following:
Partner with Asset Management Team and run
initial Tivoli scan and generate software data
by workstation.
Merge and sanitize software data and compare
to Data Dictionary.
Update Survey Forms (End User, Site Survey,
Wall/Wall Survey).
Coordinate with Workstreams to establish
`Change Management` process and socialize to
relevant Business Units.
Manage and publish `Exception List` and
`Delinquent Reports` for BU disposition and sign-
off.
Skills Required:
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
3 years working experience
Bachelors Degree
Familiar with Securities Operations organizations
Experience managing projects
Experience with Microsoft Project
Proactive team player
Ability to organize and articulate deliverables and project plans to varying levels of management with the organization.
